Remediations are scoped to the minimum required permissions, and every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log with the user identity, timestamp, and before/after state. Teams can also require a second approver before a fix is executed, giving the same four-eyes control as a formal change request.

Yes. Cloudanix supports approval workflows for remediation actions so that high-impact fixes require sign-off before execution.
