NULL pointer dereference crash in Linux kernel Bluetooth btmtk driver when unexpected USB disconnect occurs before ISO data anchor initialization, triggered during usb_kill_anchored_urbs in btusb_mtk_release_iso_intf on MediaTek hardware.
