Upgrade Grafana to one of the fixed versions 11.5.0, 11.4.1, 11.3.3, 11.2.6, 11.1.11, 11.0.11 or 10.4.15. Restrict alerting integration permissions until patches are applied.

After upgrade, confirm that Viewer-role accounts cannot reach VictorOps integration endpoints or settings; review permission enforcement in test environments.
