Double release of a resource in the Qualcomm cpufreq hardware driver during device unbind causes a memory corruption condition that terminates the kernel process handling frequency scaling.

Update the Linux kernel to a version containing commit 5729a900a07b7f166b94577c543d44c4c42e5ec3 or later; rebuild and deploy the updated kernel image across all affected hosts.
