What it actually does

Incorrect expression in drm_sched_entity_init() fails to properly clamp an out-of-bounds priority value supplied in a malformed entity, allowing the invalid priority to persist instead of being forced to an allowed range.

Upgrade the Linux kernel to a fixed version such as 6.7.2 or apply the commit 1470d173925d697b497656b93f7c5bddae2e64b2 (or 7bbf3b67cb49d0f8a20e64b7473923041b758211) in the stable tree; rebuild and reboot with the patched kernel.
