How an attack unfolds

Upgrade kubernetes-csi-external-provisioner (Chainguard) and (Wolfi) to version 4.0.1-r1 or later; rebuild any containers or images that embed older GStreamer packages and verify the gst/gstdatetime.c fix is present.

Confirm installed package versions match or exceed the stated fixed releases, then replay known-malformed ISO8601 test cases in a lab environment to ensure no crash occurs.
