        Removing this `google_dns_record_set` (or changing `count` from `1` to `0`) forces deletion of the DNS record, which is an outage for that hostname because it will stop resolving.

        Verification: `terraform plan` should show `-/+` or `-` for `google_dns_record_set.UNWANTED_BUCKET_DNS_RECORD`, i.e., `Plan: 0 to add, 0 to change, 1 to destroy.`
